We are representing a reputable civil engineering and groundworks contractor who are seeking a skilled Sub-Agent to join their expanding team in Aberdeen. This role offers the chance to play a key part in delivering high-profile infrastructure and land development schemes across the North of Scotland.Working as a pivotal link between site teams and senior management, you will support the successful delivery of complex earthworks, ground improvement, and civil engineering projects.As the sub-agent your duties will include, but are not limited to: Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering site operations Support the Site Agent and Project Manager in day-to-day project control Ensure works are carried out in line with programme, quality, and HandS standards Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials Prepare and review RAMS and site documentation Monitor progress, maintain records, and support reporting activitiesThe successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in a Sub-Agent or Senior Engineer role within civil engineering Strong background in earthworks, groundworks, or land development projects Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline Solid knowledge of site management processes and HandS regulations Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills Full UK driving licence and based within commutable distance to AberdeenFor this our client is offering: Competitive salary and tailored benefits p
