We are experts in Siemens and Altium design tools and take pride in our collaborative, quality-driven approach.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects for high-profile customers in the defence and aerospace sectors.You will manage approximately 12-15 smaller projects simultaneously, coordinating closely with a team of 12 PCB designers to deliver high-quality outcomes from project initiation through to completion. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, organisational excellence, and strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple PCB design projects from concept through to delivery.Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Coordinate and support a team of PCB designers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, providing regular updates to senior management.Build and maintain strong client relationships across the defence and aerospace sectors.
