Enablement Director role at Premium Credit Ltd. This is a leadership position focused on embedding cultural, behavioural and capability changes to support enterprise-wide transformation. This is an exciting time of growth for us. We’re hiring a Transformation Enablement Director to help sustain and accelerate success.Reporting to the Chief People and Sustainability Officer, you’ll lead the people-side of change and embed cultural, behavioural and capability shifts to support enterprise-wide transformation.You will:Design and lead the enablement strategy, supporting product-centric, agile operating models, coordinating with the program director to align activity with delivery milestonesDevelop and deliver capability uplift programmes including agile training, leadership coaching and experiential learningPartner with HR, LandD and change teams to embed new behaviours and integrate transformation principles into people processes and cultural initiativesAct as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders, guiding behavioural change, agile mindset adoption and leadership enablementDrive peer-led change and reinforce new practice through a network of transformation championsMonitor and report on agile maturity and adoption metrics, using insights to refine enablement approachesLead post-implementation support to reinforce behavioural change and ensure sustained transformation outcomesWho we’re looking for

You will be supported to develop and expand your skills, knowledge and experience here.To be successful as our Transformation Enablement Director you will have:A track record of leading cultural and behavioural change in large organisationsProven ability to influence senior leaders and embed new behaviours across functionsExperience collaborating with HR, LandD and change teams to drive adoptionExpertise in agile coaching, leadership development and capability uplift programmesSkill in designing and delivering experiential learning and peer-based developmentExperience in organisational development, change enablement and people transformationExperience tracking agile maturity and behavioural metricsIt would be ideal if you hold certifications such as ICAgile, SAFe SPC, PROSCI or OD and are familiar with change methodologies such as Kotter’s 8-step, Prosci ADKAR, Lean Change or SAFe Change Enablement. Coaching senior leaders and building transformation champion networks is also preferable.Other information
