Male SEN Tutor (ASD Support)
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced male SEN Tutor to support a student with high-level Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioural needs. This role involves working alongside an existing female tutor, providing both academic support and assistance with the more physical aspects of the student''s care and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver tailored, one-to-one educational supportAssist with managing challenging and physical behavioursSupport engagement in learning activities at a Year 1 levelWork collaboratively with another tutor to ensure consistency and safetyCreate a structured, calm, and supportive learning environmentStudent DetailsAge: 17 years oldWorking level: Year 1Needs:High-level ASDBehavioural difficultiesCan present with physical behavioursRequirementsMale tutor (role requires physical support element)Strong experience working with SEN students, particularly ASDExperience managing challenging behaviourPhysically capable and confident in handling active situationsPatient, resilient, and calm under pressureWorking HoursMonday to Friday12:00 PM - 3:00 PMTotal: 15 hours per weekPay£30-35 per hourStart DateAs soon as possible
