Position Scope:To assist in the service of a high-quality food and beverage product to customers. To assist in the development of Food and Beverage products and Services across the resort. To answer guests'' requests and resolve guests'' problems.

To project a pleasant, positive and professional image at all times.To adhere to all company policies and proceduresTo manage cultural needs and expectations of all guests.To ensure a timely delivery of all guests orders.To ensure a thorough knowledge of all products both food and beverage within your department.Upselling and the identification of additional revenue opportunities.Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless transfer of information takes place.Any other reasonable task requested by your manager
