They are looking for multiple highly skilled Mid-Senior .NET Developer to join their rapidly growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an Agile environment, enjoys building API-first solutions from the ground up, and is passionate about leveraging Microsoft Azure to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital products.The roles are offered on a hybrid basis, initially a few days a week in office, but this can reduce to once every two weeks in the Staffordshire Head OfficeKey Responsibilities as the .NET Developer are:Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET C# 8+.Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, and Azure DevOps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.Contribute to the definition and evolution of engineering standards, governance, and architecture.Mentor junior developers (if senior) and promote a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.Ensure solutions are secure, observable, and performant, following best practices in software engineering.Key RelationshipsInternal: Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and Delivery
