Job Title: Junior Finance Business Partner Responsible to: Senior Finance Business Partner Location: London (Grazing HQ / Client Sites) Department: RAG Finance Overall Purpose of the Role To finance business partner the leadership of the Grazing business (MD, OD and Head of Food). A high profile and influential role, delivering commercial support to a newly acquired business unit. Through effective business partnering, the role will continuously drive service levels, cost effectiveness and add value to undertaken commercial activities. Key Accountabilities Business partner the Managing Director, Operations Director and Head of Food, ensuring strong commercial and operational decision makingProvide continuous commercial and strategic support onsite at Grazing HQ and client sites, in order to support key business decisions and ensure successful delivery of the finance functionManage financial risks and opportunities, both as they materialise as well as in a preventative capacityDevelop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to: Grazing management, wider Compass teams (finance and beyond), customers, clients and suppliersPreparation and review of annual budgets and forecastsLead the month end close and posting of journalsPreparation of and review of monthly management information, including in-depth variance and root cause analysisPrepare the monthly business review packCompletion and attendance of balance sheet reviews
