This is a fantastic opportunity to act as the go-to person for all HR matters across the workforce within a varied position where you''ll partner closely with managers, technicians and senior leaders supporting everything from recruitment and training to employee relations and engagement.Key responsibilities: Lead all day to day HR operations, acting as the primary contact for managers and employees Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and development processesEnsure compliance with employment law, HR policies and company proceduresReport on key HR metricsIdentify training needs and coordinate development activitiesSupport organizational change and culture initiatives that make the company a great place to workProvide general HR administration and occasional office support as requiredAbout you: Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices Must have experience within a manufacturing environmentExcellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skillsConfident working independently in a standalone HR positionProactive, resilien
