Mechanical Project Manager

An established Building Services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its growing team in Peterborough.

With a strong pipeline of secured work across the commercial, industrial, healthcare and education sectors, this is an opportunity to join a business that continues to invest in its people, its projects and its long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of project delivery, building strong client relationships and leading teams to successful project outcomes.

• Lead mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Drive programme performance and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Coordinate procurement activities and resource planning
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Monitor project costs and support commercial objectives
• Oversee commissioning, snagging and project close-out activities
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Experience delivering mechanical building services projects
• A background working for an M&E or Building Services contractor
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and mechanical systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
• A proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery

-75,000 - -85,000 Basic Salary
