Duties: You will deliver a competitive, margin focused and accurate tendering function for high worth build projects from multiple 100K''s, up to 10M, across new build premises and refurbishment projects (a combination) ensuring commercial viability and limited risk to the business (risk mitigation). Supporting build programs and tender bids by preparing accurate cost estimates working closely with the wider commercial team, as well as pre-construction and onsite build teams / skilled trades.
