Responsibilities:Responsible for budget setting, monitoring and forecasting, to manage financial performance effectively, providing accurate and timely management accountsWork in collaboration with budget holders, delivering a high quality, trusted finance business partnering services and develop close working relationships with budget holdersOversee the relevant monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with the month end timetable, ensuring working papers are clear, accurate and minimal reconciling items exist Look at labour recovery costs, operating charging hours to jobs, reviewing charging rates and lead on reporting Requirements:Qualified accountant with experience Business Partnering ideally in Repairs within Housing AssociationsKnowledge of assets and maintenanceAbility to work and liaise with a range of stakeholdersStrong system''s experience and ability to lead on continuous improvement If you are a Man
