In this role, you''ll be at the heart of our customer journey-ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality project delivery, and an outstanding client experience from day one. You''ll collaborate closely with our Head of Implementation, as well as teams across Sales and Service Delivery, making a real impact on how we support our customers. What You''ll DoLead and coordinate end-to-end customer implementations Run client meetings and gather system requirements Manage timelines, milestones, and project documentation Keep communication flowing between customers and internal teams Identify risks early and keep projects on track Support customers, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction Keep systems (Jira, SharePoint, trackers) accurate and up to date What We''re Looking ForStrong communication and customer-facing skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Confident leading meetings and capturing requirements Highly organised with great attention to detail Bonus if you have:2+ years in a similar role SaaS / IT / compliance experience Jira or project governance experience
