The ideal candidate will play a crucial role ensuring that processes are being followed and final products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for implementing and auditing internal quality assurance processes, reporting and escalating any issues, and identifying areas for improvement. The Role: Complete and maintain QA paperwork. Complete QA inspections of products, reporting back any issues to the relevant department, collating information, and escalating where needed. Ensure that food safety, GMP and QA checks are being carried out as specified within work instructions, HACCP and process control documents. Carry out hourly checks on the production line. Carry out monthly materials audits. Carry out daily calibration of equipment. Provide technical support to the production team as needed. Operate within Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines at all times. Support the business with continuous improvement initiatives. Ad-hoc and day-to-day quality duties as required.
