Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project ManagerLead the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality execution.Build and maintain strong client relationships, engaging positively and proactively.Develop project management strategies and oversee successful delivery.Implement effective processes and systems for project success.Prepare cost plans, feasibilities, and optioneering reports.Assess, track, and report on change management initiatives.Oversee risk management and drive value management strategies.Collaborate with the supply chain to enhance procurement efficiency.Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers to streamline project workflows
