Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging non-accredited training sessions in employability and digital skills. Provide basic IT support, such as setting up email accounts, using attachments, and navigating online platforms. Guide learners through the job application process, including CV writing, cover letters, and interview techniques. Actively support learners in applying for jobs and progressing into sustainable employment. Deliver both group training sessions and tailored 1:1 mentoring to meet learners'' needs.
