We are looking for a-Facilities Manager-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

The-Facilities Manager,-will be responsible for:

• Acting as the primary representative for allocated sites, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery.

• Ensuring all legal and contractual service elements are delivered to the required standard, within target timeframes, and in line with agreed KPIs.

• Ensuring-PPM-and reactive works are completed on time and that all-SLAs-are met.

• Maintaining complete, accurate, and up-to-date site documentation in accordance with company standards.

• Keeping all asset information current and well-documented.

• Participating in the forward maintenance planning and review process.

• Ensuring all statutory compliance activities are up to date and accurately reported.

To be successful for this Facilities Manager role you must have:

• A strong understanding of facilities services and maintenance operations.

• Proven experience in service delivery and people management.

• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience using CAFM-systems.

• A professional qualification in a related FM discipline (desirable).
