This initial phase of recruitment is focused on building a core team of highly skilled, experienced clinicians to help shape the hospital’s clinical direction and set the highest standards from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced RVNs and fellow vets who are committed to delivering the very best care to patients and clients alike.We’re committed to building this the right way, with a dedicated out-of-hours and night team in place from the outset to deliver 24/7 care. This ensures seamless patient handovers and consistently high standards of service for our clients.A Fantastic Client Base AwaitsOur hospital will be the only practice in the area offering 24/7 care, including overnight hospitalisation and advanced diagnostic services such as CT. Conveniently located in the heart of Rugby, we anticipate a rapid growth in our client base, both within the local community and beyond. No two days will be the same, and from the very beginning, you’ll be part of something with real momentum.What We''re Looking ForWe’re currently recruiting experienced veterinary surgeons to join both our day team and our dedicated night team and help shape our hospital in its foundational phase. This is a unique opportunity for certificate holders, those actively working towards one or keen to start a certificate, to take on a meaningful role in a growing, progressive environment.As we build the night service, we’re offering flexibility around the rota to help you find the balance that works best for you. Whether that’s a 5-on, 10-off pattern or something more tailored to your lifestyle.
