JOB ROLE: Finance Assistant

HOURS: 30 hours per week - Please note this role is term time only.

SALARY: -13.70 - -14.30 per hour (Dependant on experience)

DURATION: Ongoing

LOCATION: Burgess Hill - Car Driver Required

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our client''s team in Burgess Hill!

What You''ll Do:

• Assisting with day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping
• Processing invoices, expense claims, and payments efficiently
• Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports and budgets
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Assisting with audits and compliance checks as needed

What We''re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a passion for finance
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus!
• A willingness to learn and grow within the team
