This is an opportunity for you to build the organization from the ground up, use your voice to drive change and help transform organisations and problem domains.Job RoleClearRoute is leading a strategic AI transformation initiative focused on agentic-first development and the creation of scalable, reusable AI primitives. We are seeking a Tech Lead / Solution Architect / Principal Consultant to define and oversee the architecture, guide technical strategy, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact AI solutions in a complex enterprise environment.This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, carrying responsibility for maintaining architectural integrity, aligning solutions with enterprise standards, and bridging communication between senior stakeholders and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Leadership

– Define, design, and validate solution architectures for AI primitives and agentic-first systems, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.End-to-End Delivery Oversight

– Lead the technical team through the full development lifecycle, from concept and design to production deployment.Strategic AI Use Case Delivery

– Drive the technical direction for the

Automated Code Modernisation and Migration Agent , enabling large-scale, automated code transformations.Enterprise Alignment

– Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and long-term technology strategies.Stakeholder Engagement

– Serve as the key technical liaison between senior leadership and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.Innovation and Reusability

– Promote the development of foundational, reusable AI primitives to accelerate future use cases.Required Skills and Experience:Proven track record of taking

enterprise-scale solutions

from concept to live production.Strong background in

solution architecture

within complex, multi-system environments.Experience with

AI/ML systems

(ideal, though deep expertise not mandatory).Solid understanding of

enterprise integration patterns

and

microservices architecture .Knowledge of

financial services regulatory and compliance requirements .Ability to translate business goals into

clear technical specifications

and architectural designs.Demonstrated success in

senior stakeholder management .Nice to HaveExperience designing and delivering

agentic systems

or

autonomous workflows.Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and code transformation solutions.Why This Role MattersThis is a
