ER Specialist, 150 -200 per day, 3-month assignment, Bristol, hybrid, not-for-profit org, exp essential Your new company A national not-for-profit, well-established and value-led.Your new role You''ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and all other ER matters. From initial advice to final outcome, you''ll lead each case with confidence and professionalism-ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.What you''ll need to succeed This 3-month interim assignment requires someone with a strong HR background in ER and case work who will hit the ground running, manage a busy caseload independently, and make an immediate impact.
