This role will focus on streamlining the systems across the Group Finance while optimising processes, controls, and systems in alignment with the demands of the insurance sector.Key Responsibilities:Transformation Leadership: Oversee the delivery of a finance-wide initiative to reduce the Working Day Timetable, improving speed and accuracy across reporting cycles in Group Finance.Insurance Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Heads of Finance across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and shared services teams to capture and map reporting processes and regulatory deliverables, presented through workflow documentation and activity trackers.
