You ll support young people aged as they prepare for adulthood teaching essential life skills, encouraging personal growth, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing. What you ll be doing: Supporting young people day-to-day in line with their individual plans. Teaching independence skills cooking, budgeting, cleaning, travel, health, and community access. Encouraging education, training, and employment opportunities. Acting as a positive role model and building safe, trusting relationships. Promoting safeguarding, safety, and well-being at all times. Recording progress and outcomes using Clear Care Solutions. Working collaboratively with colleagues and professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
