Solutions Architect – S2P (Indirect Procurement and Invoice)Job Description:The S2P Indirect Procurement and Invoice to Pay expert in S/4HANA play a critical role in overseeing the SAP S4/HANA global implementation (“Digital Core” program). This S2P expert in ‘Indirect Procurement and Invoice to Pay’ will lead the S2P DT team in ensuring that deliverables and testing are provided with quality and on time into the transformation process. As a Senior S/4HANA Expert, the S2P ‘Indirect Procurement and Invoice to Pay’ Expert will support stakeholders'' engagements and perform delivery of the S2P solutions working alongside with Common Edge and SIs focusing on the following topics: Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos among other processes. The leadership provided by this role will be instrumental in achieving the company’s transformational objectives, ensuring that implementations run smoothly and with the appropriate level of risk management, controls, and security rigor.What are we looking for?Experience working in sizeable and complex digital transformations in large global organisations resulting in high adoption of new toolsExperience with S/4 HANA transformationDemonstrable experience with Source to Pay processes, with focus on Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos, and with new functionalities in these areas in S/4HANA.Proven experience gathering and analysing S2P Business requirements and processes from stakeholders.Knowledge in SAP Best Practices, new innovations in S/4HANA (e.g. RPA) with knowledge in OpenText VIM and with basic knowledge with integration products from SAP (e.g. SAP DRC, MDG, BTP)Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.Exceptional communication skills to provide the understanding of S2P processes in S/4HANA to stakeholders at all levels.Analytical abilities with proficiency in using data to make informed product decisions.What will be your key responsibilities?Responsible to review business requirements during the building and testing phases for Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos processesAnalysing the current S2P technology infrastructure and aligning it with business strategy for Indirect Procurement and Invoice to Pay processesDeveloping and maintaining the SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrationsDefining and enforcing SAP solution standards and proceduresManaging and mitigating risks related to SAP solutionsGuide and mentor a team of SAP ConsultantsBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all business segments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the internal transformation process.What can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.Skills:Action Planning, Compliance Management, Data Collection and Analysis, Data ControlCollaborates, Decision Quality, Manages Complexity, Optimizes Work Processes, Strategic Mindset, Tech SavvyDisclaimer:
