We''re recruiting for an experienced Slitting Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector.
This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent earning potential, long-term stability, and a great shift pattern that provides regular time off throughout the month.

What you''ll be doing:

- Setting and operating slitting/converting machinery
- Monitoring product quality and production output
- Completing production documentation accurately
- Troubleshooting minor machine issues
- Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards

What we''re looking for:

- Previous experience operating slitting machinery within a manufacturing or production environment
- Confident setting and operating converting/slitting equipment
- Strong attention to quality and safety standards
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00)
- Own transport due to site location
