Set and maintain all folding equipment, assist the Shift Supervisor, and supervise operators to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality.Set and run all folding machines and all formats of leaflets.Demonstrate both people and shift management.Work to the agreed Quality levels and achieve the department quality targets.Take the lead as a machine champion.Understand SFDC, the Job Bag / MBR and PSA, including the live plan and resources.2nd "port of call" for all machine related issues arising during shift. When required, offer practical advice (troubleshoot) on machine and other finishing related matters.Deputise for the Finishing Supervisor during planned / unplanned absence where required.Qualifications

Minimum GCSE in Mathematics and English Language or equivalent.2-3 years of setting experience.PC literate.Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.People management and communication skills.Awareness of SHE and employment legislation.Knowledge of cGMP, 5s and SMED.Problem-solving skills.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by state or federal law.Details
