Job Overview
Our client, a bury national autocentre-in Buckley-has the requirement for an experienced Motorcycle MOT Tester-to join their established team.

MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities

As an MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic your responsibilities will include:

• Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards
• Liaise with Centre-Manager department regarding test result
• Carry out re-tests as appropriate
• Carry out quality inspections
• Keep up-to-date DVSA process and procedure
• Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner
• Carry out New Cars PDI''s, Used Car Multi Point Checks, and associated rectification.
• Carry out minor MOT failures repairs.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Active MOT Testing licence
• 2 years MOT Testing Experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Own Tools
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

• Level 3 Qualification or Equivalent
• Manufacturer Accreditations

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary up to -32,000 DOE
• On Target Earnings up to -36,000
