We re looking for a talented NPI Engineer with experience in PCB design to join an advanced manufacturing team and take a lead role in ensuring products are designed and built to the highest industry standards. What you ll be doing: Work closely with design and engineering teams from the earliest stages of development to ensure PCB designs comply with IPC standards and are optimised for manufacturability. Provide expert advice throughout the design process, recommending improvements for efficiency, quality, and ease of production. Take ownership of new PCB product builds, ensuring they meet strict manufacturing standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with process engineering teams to identify and implement manufacturing process improvements, keeping an eye on emerging technologies and future capability needs. Lead the PCB Design for Manufacturability (DFM) process, ensuring design teams fully understand the capabilities and limitations of in-house production facilities.
