This role is ideal for individuals with a specialism in Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) or Music, though candidates with a passion for contributing to any part of our diverse curriculum are encouraged to apply.Day-to-day of the role:Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that pupils engage in the learning activity set.Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities for individuals/groups and, occasionally, for whole classes.Support the development of our curriculum which is designed to be engaging and challenging.Maintain a positive learning environment, implementing effective behaviour management strategies.Work collaboratively with staff to enhance the educational experience for all pupils, aligning with the school''s ethos and pedagogic principles.Required Skills and Qualifications:Very good numeracy and literacy skills - GCSE Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent.Meets Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or possesses an equivalent qualification or experience.Ability to work at NVQ 4 level.Effective behaviour management strategies.Experience of working with children of primary school age.Specialism in MFL or Music is advantageous but not essential.Benefits:Comprehensive induction package and training in cooperative learnin
