You will manage a team of FandB Reservations agents and working closely with our Special Guest Relations, Food and Beverage and Guest Experience teams this is a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximising FandB revenue through the strategic use of SevenRooms.We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.Your RoleLead the day to day reservations across multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless guest booking experiences from enquiry to arrival.Manage the SevenRooms platform including configuration, table management, guest profiles, tagging, reporting and integrations with POS and CRM.Develop strategies to maximise table occupancy and revenue across different services in all outlets.Manage the guest communications.Maintain and evolve guest recognition and preferences to deliver highly personalised service in alignment with our standards.Handle high profile and VIP bookings with discretion and professionalism, acting as the key liaison for these guests.Analyse reservations data to forecast demand, identify trends and optimise revenue opportunities.Collaborate with Special Guest Relations front of house team and the Hosts in the outlets with regards to all the above.What do we need from you?Experience in a similar role in a members club or multiple outlet FandB luxury operationExpert level proficiency with SevenRooms is essential including reporting, automation, guest segmentation and table optimisation toolsStrong commercial awareness and an understanding of how food and beverage reservations strategy impacts revenueExcellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.Why us?We are bringing the spirit of Soho to life in a glorious hotel.
