This role is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of services, ensuring all financial, compliance, and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved or exceeded.You will provide strong leadership to engineering teams, collaborate closely with support and helpdesk functions, and build solid relationships with clients. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, commercially minded approach to operations, compliance, and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational leadership and technical direction across multiple sites.Act as the lead for Health and Safety, ensuring compliance across all contracts.Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance are delivered in line with statutory and contractual obligations.Build strong client relationships; attend regular meetings and maintain open lines of communication.Manage financial performance of contracts including full ownership of PandL, WIP, and debt.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of engineering staff.Maintain accurate asset registers and ensure all documentation is up to date.Monitor and report operational KPIs through weekly flash and monthly reports.Lead on contract retention, service expansi
