Kennet Solutions are supporting a specialist subcontractor largely operating within the Rail and Civils industry, in their search for a Site Agent/Project Manager. They are delivering infrastructure refurb projects to stations, bridges and canopies, along with some new build schemes involving replacement structures and access for all areas at stations Projects will typically range from 5k - 3-4m, so they are looking for someone who has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Agent/PM''s would be involved in the full life cycle of projects, and must have experience in programming, RAMS, CDM and health and Safety Ideally they are seeking individuals from either a Rail/Civils background or someone who has worked in the steel / metal work industries They are exploring into other industries and have picked up work within Aviation, whilst also exploring opportunities in the Water industry The role is based in Kent and would be split between their offices with a couple of site visits a week The salary on offer will be in the region of 60-70k + car/allowance depending on the level of person On top of salary they have an Employee Ownership Trust scheme which gives the possibility of a tax free bonus at the end of each year They also offer health cover and life insurance which is good for a subcontractor This role is strictly permanent and the business do not have capacity to sponsor Visa''s at this time.
