Job Title - Senior Lead HRBP Location - London Salary - £90,000 - £100,000 Job Role - FTC 12 Months About the Role Our client is currently seeking a Senior Lead/Head of HRBP/Deputy Director to join their business and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy. This position is ideal for a senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR, or People Lead ready to take the next step into a board-level HR leadership role. You''ll partner closely with the executive team to drive organisational performance through people, culture, and change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all strategic HR and people matters. Support the development and delivery of the company''s HR strategy, aligned with business objectives. Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives. Oversee employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion programmes. Provide leadership and coaching to managers and HR colleagues. Use people analytics to drive insight-led decisions and measure impact. Contribute to shaping a high-performance culture across the organisation. About You: CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience). Proven track record in a senior HRBP/Head of HR role, with exposure to strategic HR leadership.
