This role plays a key part in enhancing the student experience and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. You will work closely with teams including Delivery and Marketing to embed careers guidance into the curriculum and support the growth of our alumni community. The role also includes managing UCAS Fair events, external partnerships, and collaborating with tech partners to maintain our careers platform. A key part of the role involves delivering professional and personal development sessions to students, supporting the EIF Ofsted Framework and ensuring alignment with Gatsby Benchmarks. About you Qualifications: Educated to Degree level or equivalent, with a specialist qualification in careers service, coaching, or a related field (desirable).
