They are looking for an experienced Technical Assurance Manager to lead the quality team. Role and Responsibilities: Ensure that all food products meet high standards of safety, quality and compliance in lne with BRC regulations and customer requirementsLeading a team of quality assurance technicians - training, support and developmentManage audits, technical assurance programs and CI initiativesEnsure compliance to be audit ready for BRCGS and customer auditsOversee product testing, investigate customer complaints, implement effective actionsDeliver training on food safety, hygiene and quality standardsLead and manage pest control strategyDevelop and implement robust traceability systems, monitor and manage site trends and risks Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Must have a strong understanding of food safety, legal, compliance and quality standards within the food manufacturing industryHACCP Level 3 / Food Safety and Hygiene Level 3 or higherProactive person with a "can-do" attitudePrevious experience in a technical or quality manager position with food manufacturingLeadership and team development capabilitiesExcellent communication skill
