About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Administrator to join our manufacturing client. This role is ideal for someone with experience in SAP systems and a strong administrative background. You’ll be the backbone of our production and inventory data systems, ensuring smooth and accurate operation through SAP.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update SAP
• Process and track purchase orders, stock movements, and production entries
• Run reports and extract data from SAP to support operations and planning teams
• Support internal departments with SAP-related queries and troubleshooting
• Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation tasks
• Ensure compliance with company data accuracy and confidentiality policies

• Previous experience working with SAP
• Strong administrative and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
