Associate Director - Client Service and Delivery (Superyacht Insurance)

Overview
Associate Director - Client Service and Delivery (Superyacht Insurance) at WTW. Responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. Will manage and develop client and WTW relationships and help to grow portfolio within the business unit.Responsibilities
Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where requiredLiaise with clients and build strong relationshipsAssist with growing existing portfolio by identifying new opportunitiesOperational and Service DeliveryLead and deliver the end to end ongoing client service, adhering to standardized policies, procedures and service standardsManage client pricing to ensure each client meets agreed target profitability levelsProactively develop appropriate solutions and proposals for clients to ensure optimum client retention ratesCommunicate effectively with clients, associates, markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levelsEnsure adherence to Group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirementsActively identify opportunities to work with colleagues across the business to capitalise on account penetration and cross selling opportunitiesNetworking – internally with other BUs, within the sector, and with external specialists (lawyers, TPAs, insurers)Placement ManagementWork closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts (and the Business leads) as requiredAssist with loading of data into the relevant Willis Towers Watson SystemsCheck policies, market presentations and client documentation as appropriateAbility to manage relationships and negotiate placement with the insurance marketEnsure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and proceduresMaintain relevant qualifications required for the roleQualifications
Have at least 12 months’ experience in broking superyacht insuranceProven track record of delivering high levels of client service and brokingStrong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aimExperienced knowledge of insurance markets globallySkilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialistsAbility to represent the practice and Willis Towers Watson with integrity and credibilityStrong communication, negotiation and influencing skillsExperience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service deliverySeniority level
