Job Purpose

The Finance Analyst will serve as a critical link between finance and operations. Your primary focus will be to deliver accurate budget tracking, robust forecasting, and monthly cost reporting. By monitoring spend and identifying cost deviations, you will provide the financial transparency necessary for project and service managers to make informed, strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Budget & Forecasting: Deliver accurate budget tracking and forecasting to support project and service performance.

• Financial Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly cost reports that highlight key performance metrics and financial health.

• Compliance: Ensure full financial compliance by monitoring purchase orders and invoices, ensuring all transactions align with company policy.

• Variance Analysis: Track cost deviations and provide clear, actionable insights to managers to mitigate financial risks.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Project and Service Managers to provide financial guidance and support cost center control.

• Excel Power User: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable handling complex data sets to drive reporting accuracy.
