On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for Management Accountant to work with a growing manufacturing business in Dudley - this is an onsite role with occasional travel to other sites. Duties of the role will include: Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and working capital reporting Ensure timely and accurate month-end close in line with group standards Maintain and reconcile key balance sheet accounts (inventory, WIP, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany, provisions) Investigate discrepancies and ensure all balances are fully supported Ensure accuracy of financial data within the Epicor ERP system, including cost of sales, job costing, inventory valuation, and standard costing Oversee costing structures and ensure alignment with group reporting requirements Analyse manufacturing cost variances and identify root causes Collaborate with operations and FPandA to ensure consistency between financial and operational data Support forecasting processes and deliver financial insight Analyse operational performance, margins, and cost drivers Improve reporting processes and timeliness of financial information Skills, Requirements, QualificationsQualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMAExperience working in a manufacturing businessExperience working for a small, growing business Strong Stakeholder ManagementStrong Excel skills Greenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vac
