Pertemps are recruiting, and we are looking for an outgoing individual to become part of the team at our Blackburn branch, working in a dynamic way, this is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a new team. This will be fast paced role, working closely with the account manager day to day in support of the branch needs. Looking for a self motivated person who thrives working independently. Candidates will be required to work both from home (IT equipment will be provided) and occasionally in the office, on-site at Blackburn or Carlisle as required (approx. 3 days a month). Other team members are based in Wigan, so team meets locally will also be required.The ideal candidate MUST have business administration experience Knowledge of general office practice and proceduresAbility to plan and complete work to agreed timescalesAbility to adapt to a changing environmentAble to work effectively as part of a teamAble to act on own initiative within agreed limitsAbility to remain calm, confident and professionalConfident answering and taking calls, to then manage leadsAbility to work independently and in support of a teamComfortable using different software packagesWillingness to learn and committed to own continuous personal and professional developmentThe ideal candidate must be flexible, the role is 20 hours, 11am-3pm daily, but this can be flexible and discussed, additionally able to work additional hours if required to support the other staff in branch.
