You will provide clear, practical and professional regulatory guidance to clients, contractors and colleagues, helping to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards. You will also play an important role in maintaining high professional standards, responding to dangerous structures and contributing to the continuous improvement of the service. Alongside this, you will support the development of others by mentoring trainee inspectors, contribute to the Quality Management System and OSR compliance, and ensure accurate record-keeping and case management at all times.
