Management Accountant Location: Hybrid working (Head Office based in Lincoln) We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Management Accountant to join a growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to the smooth running of finance operations within a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts, maintaining financial controls, and providing valuable financial insight to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, and prepayments Support the production of monthly board reports, including financial analysis and performance reporting Provide variance analysis and commentary on financial performance Process invoices, expenses, and credit card transactions ensuring appropriate approvals Support the processing of supplier payments and reconciliations Assist with VAT returns and other statutory financial reporting requirements Carry out daily bank and cash flow reconciliations Monitor and maintain accurate financial records across multiple accounts Provide financial analysis and reporting to support wider business functions Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required About You AAT qualified or equivalent accounting experience
