iRecruit4 are hiring for Telesales Agents to work for our client, a fast growing retailer based on the outskirts of Swindon. This position offers full time permanent positions on a fixed evening shift. Due to hours and client location, candidates will have to have access to their own transport. Duties of the Telesales Advisor: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to take daily and weekly orders. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Promote seasonal produce, special offers, and new products. Input orders accurately into internal systems. Answer inbound sales calls and respond to customer enquiries Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce availability and prices. Follow up on leads and lapsed accounts. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs Maintain accurate customer records and call logs Additional Information: Previous experience in telesales or a fast-paced customer service role. Excellent telephone manner and communication skill.
