You must be energetic, highly organised and smart working and have a real passion for delivering great quality repairs.The Job Role: Competently dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles to an exceptionally high standard,Responsible for strip and fitment of all mechanical, electrical and trim components.Must have the ability to do mechanical repairs - aircon, radiators, suspension, etc.Be comfortable working on a wide range of vehicles (Repair all makes/models of cars, vans, HGV''s, etc.),Able to have/complete a lot of Bodyshop experience and with the mechanical ability with heavy suspension.Ability to do geometry''s and ideally glazingHave the ability to work to a job card within the estimated time frame,Photograph and record each stage of your repair process,Perform road tests (where required),Work must be carried out to BS1015 accreditation. Experience and skills to include: Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workload,HGV background Bodyshop all makes and models.Follow correct repair methods,Reliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude,Exceptional attention to detail,Very good written and spoken English is essential.
