What You ll Be Doing: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from Dutch-speaking team members across the regionResolve a variety of HR-related enquiries across payroll, policy, and case management, using multiple internal systemsProvide tailored advice to managers and employees in line with Dutch employment law and company policiesWork alongside colleagues to review service performance, spot trends, and suggest improvements to ways of workingSupport knowledge-sharing by delivering short, focused training sessions to improve HR understanding across the businessCoach fellow team members and contribute to embedding process updates within the teamCreate and maintain helpful internal resources, such as manager guides and intranet contentPlay a key role in team-wide
