Management Accountant NG16, Nottingham Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + Benefits Monday Friday 9:00am 6:00pm Looking for someone to start as soon as possible Job Purpose A growing organisation is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a fast paced, high volume logistics environment. This role is ideally suited to someone who can quickly embed themselves within the business, hit the ground running and provide meaningful financial insight to support operational and strategic decision making. Working closely with both finance and commercial teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance, improving visibility and ensuring robust financial control across the business. Job Duties Producing daily and weekly vehicle costings to support trading performance and highlight trends Preparing accurate and timely monthly management and financial accounts, ensuring full transparency across the business Partnering with the commercial team to validate pricing models, tenders and new business opportunities Delivering clear, actionable financial analysis to internal stakeholders to enhance commercial understanding and drive profitability Maintaining structured, client level accounts to support operational and strategic decision making Supporting senior leadership with reporting, analysis and ad hoc project work Mentoring and developing junior finance team members, including Finance Assistants and an apprentice Reviewing and approvin
