What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to children with additional needs, helping them meet their EHCP targets

• Supporting teachers in delivering inclusive, engaging lessons

• Encouraging independence and resilience in pupils

• Promoting positive behaviour through consistent strategies

• Collaborating with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists

• Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to reviews

• Building strong relationships to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with young people in schools, youth settings, or care roles

• Knowledge or experience supporting pupils with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language needs) is desirable

• Adaptability and resilience in a busy classroom environment

• Strong teamworking and communication skills

• A willingness to learn and take part in training (CPD is provided)
