We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a part-time Customer Services role at a leading provider of outsourced public services solutions. This temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in people''s lives while enjoying job security and room for career growth.
Details:
- Position: Customer Services - NID
- Rate of Pay: -12.21 per hour
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Working Pattern: Part-Time (20 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday, 9 AM - 5 PM)
- Start Date: 26th August 2025
- Location: Belfast (Shaftsbury Square), with the option for hybrid work after mandatory in-office training.

Your Role:
As a vital member of our Contact Centre team, you''ll:
- Handle a diverse range of inbound customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer care journey.
- Resolve queries "Right First Time" with a friendly and professional approach.
- Maintain quality and safety of customer data.
- Support the digitisation of claimant services.
- Meet individual and team targets for performance.
What You Need:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and processes meticulously.
- Resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Evidence of your Access NI application number and a cleared Access NI certificate.
- Verified right to work documentation.
