We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a part-time Customer Services role at a leading provider of outsourced public services solutions. This temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in people''s lives while enjoying job security and room for career growth.

Details:

• Position: Customer Services - NID
• Rate of Pay: -12.21 per hour
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Working Pattern: Part-Time (20 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday, 9 AM - 5 PM)
• Start Date: 26th August 2025
• Location: Belfast (Shaftsbury Square), with the option for hybrid work after mandatory in-office training.

Your Role:

As a vital member of our Contact Centre team, you''ll:

• Handle a diverse range of inbound customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer care journey.
• Resolve queries "Right First Time" with a friendly and professional approach.
• Maintain quality and safety of customer data.
• Support the digitisation of claimant services.
• Meet individual and team targets for performance.

What You Need:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and processes meticulously.
• Resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Evidence of your Access NI application number and a cleared Access NI certificate.
• Verified right to work documentation.
