This facility offers specialized supported living services for adults with diverse needs, including physical and learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. Experience and Skills of a support worker: You must be enthusiastic about providing outstanding care to our clients. Be willing to undertake training to achieve your level 3 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care which is fully funded by Nugent. It would be desirable if you had health care experience, preferably supporting individuals with complex needs ( physical and learning disabilities, autism, and mental health) but it''s not essential.
