Your Mission

Demonstrate continuous high performance and certification as a product, service, and visual merchandising expert..Embody and promote our company culture, values, and brand philosophy in all interactions.Teach and mentor other team members on key customer service skills, facilitating product training and bridging skill gaps.Assist with customer facing operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business.Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and creating solutions based on their needs.Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical information and stay updated on global activities and projects, such as sustainability efforts and athlete stories.Help maintain visual standards in the store to deliver a premium customer experience.Provide input and ideas on merchandising, engaging events, and community activities to enhance store presence and engagement.Assist in unpacking and back-stocking deliveries efficiently.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Health and Safety (HandS) practices to ensure team safety.Contribute feedback to store leadership to continuously improve store processes and customer service levels.Manage customer queries diligently and effectively, creating solutions based on their needs.Assist leadership with floor communication to ensure smooth customer flow and premium experienceEnsure a clean and tidy work area to promote a positive shopping environment.Perform other duties as needed to support store operations and achieve business objectives.Your story

You have 3+ years of relevant experience in retail, with a proven track record of high performance and certification in product, service, and visual merchandising.You demonstrate strong mentorship skills, with the ability to teach and support junior store advisors / store advisorsYou have a deep understanding of customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions.You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for maintaining visual standards and managing inventory efficiently.You are familiar with current retail trends and global initiatives, and have a keen interest in staying informed about sustainability efforts and brand projects.Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service levels.
