Working across major rail, defence, nuclear, transport, and water projects, you ll provide early-stage cost and feasibility advice to guide key investment decisions. You ll work closely with designers, project managers, and client stakeholders, developing robust cost estimates from minimal design information.Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years estimating experience in civilsProven capability in early stage / feasibility estimatingExcellent client-facing communication and stakeholder skillsBackground in consultancy, client-side, or main contractor (if adaptable)Strong understanding of indirect costs and cost drivers Nice to Have Experience across multiple sectors (defence, nuclear, water, rail, aviation)Knowledge of MEP estimating or multi-disciplinary environmentsFamiliarity with cost intelligence tools or estimating systemsSC clearance preferred (or eligible to obtain) Ready to take on complex, meaningful projects where your input shapes national infrastructure?
